Beachflags.com delivers shipments worldwide in cooperation with reliable parcel carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, PostNL, etc. The transport costs we apply are based on the prices of the carriers.

Depending on the weight and country of delivery, transport costs are calculated. Parcels are sent with track & trace as standard. You will receive the number by automated e-mail (please check spam box). The shipments are to be monitored by the customer himself. Unfortunately, we cannot pass on any special instructions regarding delivery to the parcel carrier.

We aim to pack the products as compactly as possible. The actual weight of a package (product) may differ from its volume weight. The larger of the two determines the shipping costs.

Beachflags.com reserves the right to adjust shipping costs during certain periods.

Depending on parcel carrier accessibility for certain areas, a remote area surcharge may apply. After we receive your order, it is possible that we will pass on these costs to you.

Picking up an order is also possible, in consultation with our sales department.

In addition to parcel services, we cooperate with various carriers for transporting pallets within Europe. You can request the costs for pallet transport by e-mail.

When sending an order to countries outside the EU, import duties, VAT or other amounts may have to be paid.

We can ship parcels worldwide. If your country is not listed in the Zones below, you can request the transport costs from us by email.

* For countries covered by zone 6, 7 and worldwide, the incoterm DAP (Delivered/Duties at Place) applies.

This means the receiver is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes.

Delivery times

Beachflags.com maintains a standard production time of 7 - 12 days. This does not include the shipping time to the delivery address. The production time for sublimation printing is approximately 3 days.As our production is in Asia, it takes about 4 days for products to be received at our warehouse.

If you have a deadline, please let us know in advance so that we can take this into account.

As we depend on third parties such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, customs etc., we unfortunately cannot always guarantee on-time delivery 100%. Unforeseen circumstances and delays during transport are beyond our control.
